| Louise Brosnan (Chair) is a chartered accountant and retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers having specialised in financial services and corporation taxation. Louise is presently engaged in finance and strategy for her extended family's business, Brosnan Golf Australia which is 100% Australian owned and employs over 130 people. For the past 19 years, Louise has acted as a Board Member and now Chairperson of a private vocational training establishment in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. She has held a variety of board positions in the educational and overseas aid sectors. |
| Kristan Dooley (Managing Director) has worked in the Australian Public Service and military for nearly twenty years specialising in corporate governance and administration. She has served on various different boards and governance committees over the past three years, both in Australia and overseas. Kristan is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance through the Chartered Secretaries of Australia. |
| Katrina George (Company Secretary) is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law, University of Western Sydney. She has lectured in jurisprudence, torts, and criminal law at UWS and in health law and ethics at UNSW. She has a particular interest in feminist approaches to bioethics. Katrina has published and presented on the ethics and law of euthanasia and end of life decision making, reproductive technology, human cloning and the legal and policy aspects of the use of women's eggs for scientific research. |
